At Impelix, our customers are at the heart of everything we do. Building lasting relationships and ensuring your satisfaction is our top priority. We recognize that happy customers love to tell their friends, colleagues, and business networks about the excellent experiences and services they enjoy while partnering with Impelix. That’s why we’re excited to introduce the Impelix Customer Appreciation Program, designed to express our gratitude to loyal customers who recommend Impelix Services and Solutions to their colleagues and networks.

Two Ways to Share the Love

We’ve crafted this program with simplicity and appreciation in mind. You can participate in two delightful ways:

  1. Meeting Appreciation: When your qualifying referral results in a successful meeting with an Impelix Client Manager, we want to say ‘Thank You’ with $100 gift, rebate, or charitable donation.
  2. New Customer Appreciation: For your qualifying referrals that result in your colleague becoming a new Impelix customer, you’ll receive an additional heartwarming “Thank You” of $500 gift, rebate, or charitable donation.

Thank You Options to Suit You and Your Company

Understanding that some organizations have specific policies regarding customer appreciation, we offer three payment methods for this program:

  1. A gift card sent directly to the employee who made the referral.
  2. A rebate to your employer, which can be applied to Impelix Solutions and Services.
  3. If neither of these options suits your preference, we’re happy to make a donation to a charity of your choice as our heartfelt “Thank You.”

Here Is How It Works!

  • Current Impelix customers in good standing and their employees are eligible to participate.
  • The referred colleague should be a new lead with no prior engagement with Impelix.
  • Meeting referrals should be submitted and approved before the meeting is scheduled.
  • An initial meeting is considered qualified when it’s completed (in-person or via Zoom) with an Impelix Client Manager and an executive, business decision maker, and/or technical decision maker currently employed at an organization with over 2,000 employees and/or total revenue exceeding $500 million.
  • In order to qualify for the new customer appreciation, the initial purchase order and/or signed project SOW should total over $10,000 to Impelix.
  • Meeting completion and closed deals will be verified by our Impelix sales operations team.

How to Participate

To make a referral, simply provide the name, title, email, and phone contact details for you and your colleague through our online form.

We understand that different companies have various customer appreciation rules, so please choose your preferred appreciation method at the time of submission, keeping your organization’s policies in mind. Our team will review your submission and send an approval or rejection notification via email within 48 business hours.

Thank You Time

You won’t have to wait long to feel the love back. Your “Thank You” will be sent your way within 30 days of the referral meeting and/or the successful project closure.
